WHO ARE MY DONATIONS HELPING?
American Legion Post 26 is dedicated to helping veterans and their families. We collect your used clothes and household cloth items at our community drop shed and turn them into funding for programs that address the real needs of those who served.

Post 26 is part of the nation's largest wartime veterans service organization. We are funded through community donations and member support, and we serve veterans and their families throughout our region.

GATHER YOUR ITEMS
Collect your unwanted clothes, shoes, sheets, blankets, and cloth items for a good cause.

DROP THEM OFF
Bring your bagged items to our donation drop shed, open and accessible to the community.

FUND VETERAN PROGRAMS
Donations are sold at four cents per pound, and every cent funds programs for veterans and their families.
100% of proceeds fund veteran support and family assistance programs.

DIRECTIONS
The drop shed is located in the Post 26 parking lot at 10 Monson Road in Stafford Springs. Look for the tan and brown donation shed near the main entrance.
